The Ratman
A Comedy

David Garrud & Joanne Farnham

Pest control is an honourable profession, and one in growing demand. As more animals move from the rural environment to the urban metropolis more innocent mammals become 'Pests' rather than 'Wild'. 'It's nothing personal' says our central character, Matthew, 'but they're a pest and must be exterminated'. It is the sign of a changing society that animals and humans who once lived together in the country can not do so in the town. So, this call out should be just another routine visit. But you know it won't be, don't you? There is never anything straightforward about a Market Theatre Comedy is there?
